This privacy notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the processing of the personal data you share with us through our website and communication channels.

- Identity data: first name and surname
- Contact data: email address and telephone number
- Request data: the content of the message you write in the contact form or in an email, and the subject you select
- Transaction security data: IP address and access logs
- Usage data: only if you consent to analytics cookies, the pages you visit and your device and browser information (Google Analytics)
Please do not include special categories of personal data or other sensitive information, such as health data or your identity number, in the contact form. Where such information is needed, it will be requested separately during the consultation.
Purposes of processing
- Responding to your contact and appointment requests
- Conducting preliminary discussions with a view to establishing a legal services relationship
- Ensuring the security of the website and communication channels, and preventing misuse
- Fulfilling obligations arising from the legislation governing the legal profession and other legislation
- With your explicit consent, measuring and improving the use of the website
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
- Processing is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (Art. 5/2-f)
- Your explicit consent, for analytics cookies (Art. 5/1)
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the contact form on the website, by email and by telephone.
Transfers
To the extent necessary to fulfil your request, your personal data may be shared with the service providers that supply our email and hosting services, and with public authorities and institutions that are legally authorised to receive it. If you consent to analytics cookies, usage data may be processed by Google LLC and its affiliates as part of the Google Analytics service. Where a service provider is located abroad, the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention and limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; once that period expires, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred
- To request rectification if your data is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction when the relevant conditions are met
- To request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

You may submit requests concerning your rights in writing, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, to Kavaklıdere, Havuzlu Sk. No:4, 06680 Çankaya/Ankara or to [email protected]. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
